What we do to keep our facility disease free!
We take cleaning very seriously!
Disinfectants and Cleaning operations
We minimize the risk of exposure to disease by deep cleaning our training facility with a cleaner called Rescue®. Rescue® is Veterinary Grade Disinfectant Cleaner that kills Parvo, Ringworm, Kennel Cough, and more. Read more about how it works HERE.
We also use the following products for regular cleaning
Bleach
Tide & Bleach combo (in washer)
Kids and Pets enzyme cleaner
Rescue® dilution ratio (1:16 per gallon)
Daily cleaning operations— “No double dipping”
Before every puppy class all surfaces, and props are sprayed down with a thorough coat of Rescue®, which is then allowed to air dry before your puppy comes into contact with the objects/props they will be using in class.
Toys are regularly washed with our washing machine and dryer using a bleach ratio that kills viruses that are a risk for puppies.
Rubber toys/products are soaked for 10 minutes in a food safe bleach ratio that kills common viruses
After every puppy class all props are either sprayed again, or soaked in a bleach solution. All toys and fabric surfaces are run through our washer/drying with both detergent and bleach.
Treat crumbs are always swept and vacuumed between all services
We never re-use food dispensing puzzles without soaking/cleaning with bleach first
Weekly cleaning operations- Deep clean!
Once weekly the entire facility is deep cleaned with a virus killing Rescue® dilution ratio (1:16 per gallon). We mop all floor surfaces and spray down/soak any equipment that dogs of all ages come into contact with.
pee/poo happens
If in class a dog pees or poops the area get sanitized with both an enzyme cleaner and bleach.

Our Thorough Prevention Verification Process
We take health documentation seriously to protect all puppies in our care. Every enrollment undergoes a rigorous verification process:
When you enroll in any service, a dedicated team member personally reviews all health documentation provided
We verify all required vaccines, checking administration dates and expiration timelines
For parasite prevention, we confirm current coverage and appropriate product types
If any requirements are missing or unclear, we contact you directly requesting proper documentation
In cases where documentation is insufficient or doesn't clearly list your name, we may contact your veterinarian directly with your permission
Our team sets manual alerts to follow up on outstanding documentation
If required documentation isn't received at least 48 hours before your appointment, we must cancel the session to protect our puppy community
This careful screening process, while sometimes requiring extra effort from both our team and clients, ensures we maintain the safest possible environment for effective socialization and training.
